D. Geoffrey Bell is a composer of choral, vocal and instrumental music. His compositions have been performed across Canada and the USA, and internationally on stage, radio and television. Many of his compositions have been chosen for choral music libraries and festivals. He has been commissioned to write new works for various performers and occasions.

Recent performances include a YouTube harp recital, a radio broadcast in Australia, and world premieres by Amabile Choirs, Ensemble Resonance, London Pro Musica, the Vancouver Chamber Choir, and the Unison Choruses Festival Choir.

Bell is an Emeritus member of the Canadian League of Composers.
