Thomas Bold is a retired classical musician with a long history of work in choral and keyboard music. He has sung with Chanticleer, including on their first Grammy-Award-winning release “Chanticleer-Colors of Love.” He has conducted Texas Christian University’s Schola Cantorum, the Dayton Bach Society, the Washington Bach Consort, the Woodley Ensemble, the Treasure Coast Community Singers, and Nautilus.

Bold has worked in musical theater both as a performer and music director, He owned and operated his own piano studio until his retirement in 1997. Many of his choral works are listed with E.C. Schirmer.

When he’s not writing music, Bold enjoys gardening and studying French language and culture.
